Join us in the taproom on Friday, July 24th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM for our next installment of Pours With Purpose! We are incredibly honored to welcome our guest host for the evening, Steve Ricard, Commander of the United States Submarine Veterans Inc. (USSVI) Groton Base. Known proudly as the “First and Finest,” Groton Base was the very first USSVI chapter established in 1964 following the tragic loss of the USS Thresher. Their enduring mission is to perpetuate the memory of the submariners who gave their lives in the line of duty and to foster camaraderie among those who have earned the title of U.S. Submariner.
The Cause This month, we are raising glasses and funds for the 9th Annual Military Appreciation Day, which will take place on August 15th at Ocean Beach. This incredible annual event is dedicated to giving back and honoring our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families for their supreme dedication and sacrifice.Come out, share a pint with Steve, and help us support the heroes right here in the Submarine Capital of the World. Let’s make this Pours With Purpose our most successful one yet! See you in the taproom.
